We’re glad that you’ve decided to register for the 2022 Clover Hill Craft Fair! It’s going to be a great day and we’re thrilled to have you participate. Thank you for your kind support of the Clover Hill Athletic Program.
A few important points to remember:
- Your Registration has been received, but your status is still “Pending” until we receive your payment. If paying by check, please mail your payment to us at this address: CHHSAA Attn: Craft Fair Coordinator P.O. Box 4323 Midlothian, VA 23112
- Tables can be provided if requested and paid for – but you must bring your own power cables for electricity and your own chairs for seating.
- Access to the setup and facility will NOT be available prior to 6:45am on Saturday, October 29. Please plan accordingly.
- We strongly recommend that you download and retain the “Information Packet” so that you can have this and other details available for your review.

Free Coffee During Set Up!
A push cart will serve free coffee to vendors as a thank you for joining us. Free tea or hot chocolate are also available if you prefer.
Concession Stand is open throughout the craft fair (9am-3pm) and offers hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, drinks and candy.
