Volunteer Opportunities:

Volunteer Time Slots - 8:30-11:00, 10:30-1:00, 12:30-3:00 & 2:30-5:00. Check at information table in hallway by the library. Pizza oven raffle table - Coach(es)/ Adults and Players will be selling raffle tickets to the large raffle prize $500 Value - Pizza oven and accessories. Cash Only - $5 each or 5 for $20. All proceeds go to the Athletic Association. The winner does not need to be present to win. We will contact them after the craft fair ends. Tickets will ask for name, email & phone number so we can contact the winner - we will not keep their information after the raffle. Vendor raffle table - labeling and organizing raffle items, selling raffle $1 tickets- cash only, announcing raffle winners. Must be present to win. Prizes are announced with the winner - they will choose from a batch of prizes. That way the quality of prizes can remain consistent throughout the entirety of the craft fair. Greeting/ Guest Counters Coach/ Adult will be given a clicker to count people as they enter the craft fair - we need to be able to have an estimated number of attendees to tell vendors and food trucks in the future. This is very important because we do not have this information and are asked for it numerous times. Students will direct customers to park in student parking if the teacher lots are full. They will greet shoppers and direct them to door 11 to enter the craft fair and direct them to the food trucks when needed. Concessions Stand - This year we are selling grab and go drinks and snacks only. Prepare to open the concession stand. Collect tickets from student volunteers and keep track of drinks and snacks given to them on the provided list. Collecting completed menus and exact change from vendors who are ordering lunch. Separate the orders by food trucks, record vendor name and booth # on the food truck list (provided), and deliver orders and cash to each food truck. Later Groups will Pick up the food from the food trucks and deliver to the vendors. Clean up - Assist Vendors with loading their Booth items into their cars. Pulling tape up from the floors of the commons and gym tarps. Folding gym tarps and returning them to storage.
